BE in E/E (4-10 Years of Experience in RF optimization 3G/LTE )
Optimization Engineer
    Optimization Engineer has the roles defined below;

  1. Analyze drive test Log files, identifying coverage & quality issues
  2. Recommend appropriate solutions to meet the agreed KPI thresholds
  3. Identify interference and other critical performance issues in the network and recommend appropriate solutions
  4. Optimizing IRAT re-selections, handover & traffic parameters of multi-band, multi-technology radio networks
  5. Carry out physical optimization of RF environment to minimizeinterference and improve the throughput of 3G /LTE Network
  6. Carry out parameter tuning and capacity optimization to improve the performance of the network
  7. Coordinate with the customer/project teams
Qualification
  1. Knowledge of 3G/LTE air interface, hands-on experience in 3G/LTE drive test & post processing tools
  2. Knowledge of 3G/LTE Radio parameters and KPIs
  3. Knowledge of 3GPP specs is desirable
  4. Hands on experience in RF drive test tools & post processing tools
  5. Must be a good team player and a good team leader
  6. Good interpersonal & communication skill
